Can you get AIDS from a iv ????

i dont feel good ever sice i had the iv i feel dizzy and now have sweeling on my groin i feel so cold and clammy all over my veins in my body and omg i thikn i got aids from that and i ahve heard about some horror story of some crime that it has happend people infect neddles or the ivs please help me im scared hwat should i do??????
